This is a resource I’ve wanted to make for forever, and we finally got it done this year.
This is a resource designed to give your leaders tools for mentoring students. This specific pack is a 10 week pack of conversation guides to help students discuss faith and grow in their walk with God. These aren’t lengthy discussion guides, but rather, a little bit of prep for leaders revolving around 1 question to discuss with a student in a one on one setting.
Now, 1 question may not seem like much, but it’s designed to lead to further discussion. What we DIDN’T want was to have leaders sitting in starbucks with a stack of papers they are reading, never looking at the student. We aimed for one focus for the week that would give a general framework for the conversation, that is part of a larger plan to help move students from point A to point B in their spiritual Journey.
This resource is a great tool for your ministry, either as is or as a starting board for something else. It’s reproducible and reusable over and over again and a great investment for any size youth ministry.
