We know that from time to time you need product support for your purchase. Now you can directly contact the vendor to request immediate help.

Step 1

After making your purchase, navigate to your order history. You can do this by logging into your account at YouthMin.org. Please reference the picture below. Once you’ve logged in, click on “Orders History.”

Step 2

After clicking on “Orders History,” you’ll see the screen below. Click on “View” to open the product in need of help.

Step 3

Once the product page opens, click on the vendor name. This will take you to their vendor storefront. You’ll see all of their products and an opportunity to request support.

Step 4

Once the vendor storefront page opens, you’ll see two areas where you can request support. This is different then clicking “Contact Vendor.” Contacting the vendor is a great way to ask specific questions about a product before purchase. Choosing “Get Support” will allow your support request to be tracked and easily referenced for later.

Step 5

You’ll see a pop-up window appear. This is where you’ll include your support request.

Step 6

Once you’ve entered your information, be sure to choose your “Order ID.” When you’re finished, choose “Submit.”

Please allow 24/48 hours for a support request response. All of our vendors are in full-time ministry. If for some reason you do not hear back from your vendor, please contact support@youthmin.org
