Our Fall Student Ministry Calendar

September 8, 2012     Ben Read

I just got done designing our Fall Youth Group Calendar, and I absolutely love it. I’m super proud of how it turned out and wanted to share it with others as maybe some inspiration for their designs.

The last few calendars we have done have used the event icons, I saw Matt McGill post theirs a long time ago that had this style and I’ve loved it ever since, so I had to steal the idea the last two times.

I’m wicked excited for all of these events and I cant believe that as far away as it seems, I need to start planning the Spring Semester already. What we have planned for the next few months, though, is going to be a blast, and I’m glad that I was able to accomplish the goal of intentionally not having many events november on, since my wife is due with our first Son November 18th.

Some might be thinking “Isn’t it a little late to get the fall calendar done?” but here in New England, we haven’t kicked off ministry again for the fall yet.

Anyways, thats our calendar. I’d love to see yours if you want to post a link in the comments.

Awesome! Thanks for being willing to share. I would love to hear about how you build your schedule. Purpose for each event… etc. Great post!

Hi Ben, I saw your Fall 2012 calendar on pinterest and tried to find something similar in the store. The one I downloaded is simpler and doesn’t use icons. Is this one available and I just didn’t see it?
